Pricing questions
Is Returnit free on Shopify?
Yes — the public App Store listing is Free to install (as of the product baseline in our knowledge base). Always confirm the live listing before purchasing decisions.
What about % of P2P / recommerce sales?
Any success fee on peer recovery channels is a commercial term for specific pilots or future owned demand channels — not a blanket App Store fee. Ask us if it applies to your setup.
Can I switch plans later?
Shopify installs start from the App Store. Paid or pilot upgrades are arranged with our team when you need them.
Is there a setup fee?
Shopify self-serve install has no setup fee from Returnit. Guided pilots may include onboarding support as agreed in the pilot proposal.
