What Returnit does

Returnit helps merchants recover more value from returns without losing the customer.

On Shopify, customers start a return in a guided WhatsApp flow (from order confirmation or status links) and/or from their store account. They submit the item, the reason, and photo or video evidence. The merchant approves the customer resolution — refund, exchange, or store credit — and the item disposition — relist, restock, scrap, or donate. Returnit does not auto-refund without the merchant's configuration.

WooCommerce pilot

WooCommerce merchants can join a pilot at app.returnit.co.

Customers start from My Account on a completed order → Start a return, on a hosted form. That path is not WhatsApp. Sign up at https://app.returnit.co/merchant/signup. Commercial terms for the pilot are confirmed with our team.

Not the New Zealand courier

Returnit at returnit.co is a South African returns app.

It is not returnit.co.nz, which is a separate New Zealand courier service.
